THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WHO LIVE IN THE COUNTIES IDENTIFIED BELOW AND WHO MEET THE STATED ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of any county within a 45-mile radius from the center of the following cities: CHICAGO, IL; CHARLOTTE, NC; ATLANTA, GA; DETROIT, MI; ST. LOUIS, MO; PHOENIX, AZ; PITTSBURGH, PA; DALLAS, TX; INDIANAPOLIS, IN; MINNEAPOLIS, MN; NEW YORK, NY; LOS ANGELES, CA; SAN FRANCISCO, CA; DENVER, CO; HOUSTON, TX; BOSTON, MA; PHILADELPHIA, PA; SEATTLE, WA; MIAMI, FL; SAN DIEGO, CA; BALTIMORE, MD; MILWAUKEE, WI; PROVIDENCE, RI; WASHINGTON D.C.; LAS VEGAS, NV; AUSTIN, TX; ORLANDO, FL; PORTLAND, OR; SAN ANTONIO, TX; CLEVELAND, OH; KANSAS CITY, MO; HARTFORD,CT; SACRAMENTO, CA; CHARLESTON, SC; SPRINGFIELD, MA; COLORADO SPRINGS, CO; AND BRIDGEPORT, CT, who are committed to a wedding date between August 1st, 2024 and July 31st, 2025, and who are 18 years of age and older as of February 1st, 2024. Employees and directors of Lily & Lime, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliated companies and companies associated with the implementation, administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and individuals employed by Sponsor or who contract with Sponsor or its affiliated companies, such as photographers, videographers, editors or sales consultants and their immediate family (parents, siblings and children and their spouses) and members of their households, whether related or not, of such individuals, are not eligible for entry in the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Each Sweepstakes Winner must sign (1) an Affidavit of Eligibility, (2) a Release of Sponsor and its employees, officers, independent contractors and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this promotion or the use or acceptance of the Prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the Prize Winner(s); and (3) where permitted, a Publicity Release granting the right to use the names, likenesses, voices, opinions, biographical information, city and state of the Winner for advertising and publicity purposes without additional notice or further payment or compensation. Entry in this drawing constitutes each potential Winner's agreement to sign such releases. Noncompliance will result in disqualification of a Winner, and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The receipt by the Sweepstakes Winners of any of the prize components of this drawing is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local rules and regulations.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A SWEEPSTAKES WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

TIMING:  The Sweepstakes will begin starting at or around 12:00AM (CST) on February 1, 2024 and will end at 11:59PM (CST) on May 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. During the Promotion Period, access the Sweepstakes entry page at http://www.lilyandlime.com/contest and follow the directions to complete and submit an official entry form.

To be valid, each entry must provide all information requested. Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms will be considered ineligible and void.  The failure to follow each of the required steps for entry will also result in void and ineligible entry forms. All entries must be submitted and received by 11:59 p.m. CST on May 31, 2024. All entries are final upon submission. Limit of two entries per person as described above, regardless of method of entry. If a person submits more than two entries, only the first two entries will be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder and/or user of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant ("Entrant"). The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entrants may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.  All entries become the property of Sponsor. Information submitted on each entry, including but not limited to personally identifiable information about Entrant, such as Entrant’s name, wedding details, e-mail address or mailing address may be used by Sponsor.  Sponsor may contact Entrant occasionally to inform Entrant of new services or promotional material.  Sponsor may use the information submitted on each entry for marketing purposes and market research or to help improve its services.

Alternate Means of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes by mail, a person must provide his or her name, address, phone number and e-mail address by U.S. mail to Lily & Lime, LLC, 10 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 875, Chicago, IL 60606 (each such person being a “Mail-In Entrant” and collectively with internet Entrants who follow the process above, the “Entrants”). Only one entry per envelope, but a person can have up to two (2) mail-in entries. Entries must be received no later than May 31, 2024. Entries received after this date will not be accepted. Entries that do not comply with the terms of the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification. Entries in excess of limit are void.

PRIZES: One (1) grand prize winner will receive Perfectly Paired Photo & Video Plus from Sponsor.   

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: The Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random drawing of all valid and eligible entries (regardless of form of entry) to be conducted by Sponsor on or about June 1, 2024. On or about June 1, 2024, Sponsor will randomly select six (6) winners from the pool of valid and eligible entries.  Once the six winners are selected, Sponsor will randomly select the grand prize winner from the pool of six winners.  Each of the other five winners will be a second place winner.  A representative of Sponsor will contact a potential Winner at the email address provided in the potential Winner’s entry. Sponsor will make no more than two (2) attempts to email the potential winner over a forty-eight (48) hour period. Upon notification, the potential winner must confirm his or her identity and eligibility, by signing and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact to Sponsor. The potential Winner must also complete the Liability Releases and Publicity Releases and return them to Sponsor within five (5) days after receipt of such documents. If any potential Winner(s) is unreachable, or if there is no response from any potential winner(s), or if a potential Winner fails to sign any of the required documents or if a potential Winner otherwise forfeits the prize, an alternate Winner may be chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If an alternate Winner is chosen, he/she will be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries. All prizes will be rewarded unless declined by Winner. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: All prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee express or implied by Sponsor. Sponsor disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third party product or service accepted by the winner. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. No cash or other substitution of prize is available, except Sponsor may substitute another prize of comparable value if it determines in its sole discretion that the advertised prize package is no longer available and subject to all other eligibility restrictions set forth above. Prize may not be transferred. Winner is responsible for all taxes on prize and any other expenses not specified relating to the acceptance and use of the prize and provide all information reasonable requested by Sponsor in connection with the payment of taxes or other expenses. The total retail value of the prizes will not exceed $5,000.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:  By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, Entrants agree (a) to release and indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents and affiliated companies and their respective directors, officers, members, manager, employees and agents from and against any and all liability or claims resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use of the prize as further set forth below; and (b) if a winner, to the use of name in advertising or publicity relating to the Sweepstakes and/or the Sponsor in all media, including the posting of the winner's name on http://www.lilyandlime.com. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or unauthorized access to, or alteration of information submitted; nor is it responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any equipment or system, or for any late, lost or undelivered mail. If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, including for any cause which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes. Notice of any such action will be posted at http://www.lilyandlime.com. If the Sweepstakes is terminated or canceled, Sponsor shall select the winner in a random drawing from among entries legitimately received prior to the event causing such termination or cancellation. Applicable law may not allow the limitations on liability set forth above, so some or all of these limitations may not apply to Entrant, and Entrant may have rights additional to those contained herein.

RELEASE:  BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS LILY & LIME, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND Facebook®, Pinterest® and Twitter®, FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE LILY & LIME 2024 WEDDING PACKAGE GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IN ANY RESPECT.

WINNERS LIST / OFFICIAL RULES: The name of the Sweepstakes Winners will be posted on http://www.lilyandlime.com after verification of winning and awarding of the prizes. A copy of these Official Rules or names of winners may be obtained by writing to Sponsor at the address below and enclosing a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Please indicate the month and year for which you are requesting the rules and/or name of winners.
