Celebrating Grandparents Day

Grandparents. The importance and love for grandparents is immeasurable. We want to show them how much they mean to us and make sure they know and can feel their importance.  If you want to acknowledge your grandparents on your most special day, there are many ways to do it!

Having a corsage or a boutonniere ready for them is a classic, and elegant way to show them you want them to be recognized. A written dedication in the program, or a verbal acknowledgement in a speech can be a beautiful tribute as well. We love when brides incorporate a piece of their grandmother’s wedding dress into theirs, or pin a picture of them to their bouquet. Or maybe the groom can show tribute to his grandfather by wearing his old cufflinks. 

Nevertheless, our favorite dedication of all is when the couple intentionally sets aside time for portraits with a grandparent. Capturing a moment like this, or a candid embrace, can be a priceless momentum treasured by both parties for the rest of time. Share with us how you honor your grandparents!
