A wedding day is a cumulation of many things, but what really ties a wedding day in a pretty bow is the wedding venue. Gabriella and Ryan chose the most charming of wedding venues to go with their special day. They chose the Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia as their ceremony venue. Tenth Presbyterian Church was founded in Philadelphia and commenced in 1829 on the northeast corner of 12th and Walnut Streets. In operation for over 200 years, this church is not only fulfilling to the ones of faith but is also jaw-droppingly beautiful. From the wooden accents to the stained glass windows, the church does perfect justice to Gabriella and Ryan’s special day. The reception venue, the Braddock's Tavern, is also a stunning venue for the guests to gather and celebrate! Just over an hour from Philadelphia, this gorgeous venue is situated in New Jersey and was originally built in the year 1944. The Braddock's Colonial Room is a tastefully decorated, turn-of-the-century event space featuring romantic bay windows, gleaming hardwood floors, pillared columns, and dreamy French doors. This wedding venue comes with five event spaces- the Board Room, the Fireplace Room, Tamberson Hall, Colonial Ballroom, and a Private Courtyard. Each of these event spaces has different capacities and offerings, extending the guest many different options. It proved to be the perfect venue for our lovely couple Gabriella and Ryan.

The day of the wedding dawned bright and early, and the couple started getting ready for the big day ahead. Gabriella donned blue and green pajamas as she was getting her hair and makeup done. The makeup was sultry with smoky eyes and neutral lips. Her hair was done up in a classy updo with gorgeous flowers and foliage adorning the bridal bun. She wore a gorgeous bridal gown with cap sleeves, a sweetheart neckline, and an A-line silhouette. A fine concoction of lace and tulle, the dress had a romantic back with lace details and covered buttons. Gabriella paired the look with a long cathedral veil and she wore a lush and cozy cape to keep herself warm on the wintery wedding day. A gorgeous red, white and green bouquet adorned with snow-tipped pine cones was delightfully wintery and went with the wedding theme perfectly. Ryan looked handsome in his navy suit, crisp white shirt, and a red necktie, and a white and red boutonniere completed his look to the T. He accessorized his look with a pair of black formal shoes, black-rimmed glasses, and a cheery smile. 

The wedding party filled in the gaps with their gorgeous attires, bringing the whole wedding together with the tasteful mix of colors. The mother of the groom and the groomsmen wore navy blue attires to match the groom, while the bridesmaids wore the most gorgeous red velvet bridesmaid dresses with white scarves to keep them looking stunning and feeling warm. The elegant yet festive range of colors from the deepest scarlet and the somber navy to the crisp snowy white all bring the wedding together in the most gorgeous palette of the season. 

After the couple got ready, they headed to the ceremony site, where they had the most touching and memorable wedding ceremony. The 200-year-old church building stood as the perfect testament as they vowed for everlasting love. Gabriella was walked down the aisle by her father, and in the historic church decorated with its innate grandeur and minimal twinkling lights, the couple said “I Do”. The wedding party, as well as our lovely couple, were all wearing masks which is truly a considerate decision taken to ensure everyone’s safety. Our Philadelphia wedding photographers did a fabulous job of capturing the gorgeous couple, the wintery vibe, the stunning outfits of the wedding party, and some classic couple portraits that the couple will treasure forever.
